Dr. Alecia Giovinazzo is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). Based in Staten Island, New York, she provides comprehensive OB-GYN care for women at every stage of life.

Dr. Giovinazzo and her all-female team specialize in preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, and complete pregnancy care—including preconception counseling, antepartum, and postpartum management.

In 2005, Dr. Giovinazzo opened her own practice with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in an office by women, for women. Her practice was recently relocated to a modern, expanded space featuring additional patient rooms, on-site sonography, and convenient parking—designed to enhance comfort, privacy, and continuity of care.

Dr. Giovinazzo’s passion for medicine began early, accompanying her father—a small-town physician—on house calls. Through those experiences, she learned the importance of meaningful patient relationships and compassionate care. Today, she views her practice not as a business that processes patients, but as a place where women are truly heard, supported, and cared for.
